With This Famous Japanese Diet You Can Lose 8 Kilograms in 14 days | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 1, 2017 ·

If you stick to the diet plan of this famous Japanese diet, you can lose up to 8 kilograms in 14 days.

Japan is a country with a long culinary tradition and their food most often consists of seafood and rice. Many use soy as an excellent source of vegetable protein. Japanese relatively late started drinking coffee, but the green tea in their culture has been long respected. Their cuisine is low calorie and high in fiber, protein, vegetable fats, and vitamins A, B, C, D and E. However, this diet plan is not based on Japanese cuisine but more water, coffee, vegetables, cheese, fish and meat.

General rule of this famous Japanese diet is that once you start it you have to finish it. So do not change the foods, or the amount. Fish and meat can be fried in vegetable oil.

During this diet you mustn’t eat:

  • Salt – As it affects the retention of excess fluids in the body
  • Sugar – Because it is the main culprit for the increase in weight
  • Bread – Primarily because it is a product of white flour
  • Alcohol – Adversely affect the metabolism and prevents dumping toxins

It is important not to let yourself be thirsty or dehydrating, so you should drink mineral water constantly.

Breakfast

This diet involves disposal of the breakfast meal plan. During these two weeks in the morning you need to drink a cup of coffee. Sometimes coffee can be replaced with a cup of green tea, a fruit or a grated carrots with lemon juice. However, coffee is a major element of the Japanese diet, because it contains natural antioxidants. Keep in mind that you have to drink natural coffee, so forget the instant coffee.

Lunch

For this meal choose between fish or meat with vegetables. In combination you can make fresh salad, fry some vegetables, grate a carrot or cabbage or a cucumber salad. The Japanese diet doesn’t include small portions, so you can eat half a chicken, if you’re hungry.

Dinner

Unlike the previous two meals for dinner you have more choices. You can eat fruit, eggs, cheese or yogurt. Also, again you can eat fish or meat with vegetables, but in much smaller quantities.

Note: With this diet you can lose 7 – 8 kilograms in 14 days, but the doctors recommend holding it a maximum of two times a year.
