During our life, around 100 tons of food and 40.000 liters of fluids are passing through our organism. Up to 15 kg of toxins are accumulated during this period in our body. These toxins are direct cause for many ailments and some health conditions like constipation, kidney stones, abdominal issues and problems with metabolism.

If you like to eliminate every toxin from your organism, then the flaxseeds will be of great help because they are very beneficial for your body. Flaxseeds will make your blood thinner, disable formation of clots and keep you safe from appearing of kidney stones and gall bladder. According to some recent studies, the flaxseed can be very helpful for preventing and healing many ailments. The flaxseed is able to prevent many types of cancer, like breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer and lung cancer. It reduces the blood cholesterol and firms the heart muscle. It stimulates the intestines which accelerates the metabolism, meaning that you will have no problem with constipation again.

If you intend to try this mixture and cleanse your blood within 3 weeks, you should do the following:

First week:

Combine 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 100 ml of yoghurt. You should grind the flaxseeds by yourself, instead of buying grounded flaxseeds from the market.

Second week:

Combine two tablespoons of flaxseed flour or grounded flaxseeds.

Third week:

Combine three tablespoons of grounded flaxseeds with 150 ml yoghurt.

While using this mixture you should drink plenty of water. You will need to drink at least two liters of water a day. You can iterate the process after one year.

NOTE: Consult with your doctor before starting the therapy if you suffer from chronic ailments.
