This breakfast is one of the healthiest and delicious breakfast because it is rich in minerals and vitamins that improve the skin and hair appearance, strengthen the body and normalize the metabolism. This breakfast will cleanse the bowel and will eliminate impurities from the body.

It can completely solve the problem of lazy bowel and constipation, normalize your weight and burn the extra fat.

You can easy lose 3-5 pounds of your weight in just a month with consuming this cocktail. Also the complexion of the hair, nails and skin will become beautiful and healthy, and your stomach will slowly “melt”.

If you want to prepare this breakfast you will need:

300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)

1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed

2 tablespoons of oatmeal

Preparation of the breakfast:

Prepare this breakfast in the evening for the next day.

Pour some dried plums with a small amount of boiling water (100ml). Cover and leave them for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime put the oat flakes in a bowl, ground flax seed and cocoa. Then pour the kefir and mix together well.

Chop the swollen plums (you can use a blender to make them “puree” or super chips) and add them to the mixture.

Mix everything well and leave it in the fridge.

Take it out in the morning and enjoy your delusions and healthy breakfast. Very soon you will notice the results.

Maybe the first day you will have “interesting” feeling in your stomach :), but it will be gone. Your digestive system will start working like a clock!
