The sweet spice often used in cakes and teas can greatly improve your health and help you lose weight, which is why it should be a part of your everyday diet. The mixture of honey and cinnamon is very effective against high cholesterol and blood sugar levels, as well as a variety of viruses. Both ingredients can be found almost anywhere and are very cheap.

Here’s what this remedy can help you with:

Heart disease

Make a paste of honey and cinnamon and eat it on a piece of bread every day for breakfast. The paste will lower your cholesterol levels and prevent heart problems in the future.

Cholesterol

As we mentioned before, a mixture of honey and cinnamon is one of the best natural remedies against high cholesterol, and can reduce your cholesterol by up to 10% in only a couple of hours. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon in a big cup of tea and drink it every day to prevent problems caused by high cholesterol.

Gallbladder infection

Mix 2 tablespoons of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey in a tall glass of lukewarm water and drink the mixture every day to destroy bacteria in your gallbladder and prevent infections.

Arthritis

Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and a tablespoon of cinnamon in a glass of warm water and drink the mixture to reduce inflammation in your joints and treat arthritis.

Immune system

Consume the mixture regularly to strengthen your immune system and protect yourself from bacteria and viruses.

Colds, coughs and flu

Consume a mixture of 1 tablespoon of honey and ¼ of a tablespoon of cinnamon for 3 days to treat colds, chronic cough and the flu.
