The Best Homemade Exfoliating Peeling of the Age Spots on Your Hands | Healthy Life Vision

Age spots (lentigo senilis or lentigo solaris) are forms of pigment spots.

Age spots are small, flat, darkened spots on the skin (reddish brown to black in color) that usually occur on the hands, face, décolleté or other areas often exposed to the sun. The most commonly occur on areas of the skin that are most exposed to the sun, such as the back of the hands, face, forearms, forehead and shoulders.

Hands are particularly affected by this phenomenon, but because this scrub can certainly help as effectively remove the top layer of dead cells of the epidermis, which “carries” pigmentary changes.

The best exfoliating peeling age spots

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of raw brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions:

Grind the brown rice into powder (coffee grinder, by hand in ceramic pot).

Mix the above ingredients together and stir them well.

Apply the mixture to dry hands; massage the back of each with circular motion firm but gentle pressure for one to two minutes.

Rinse and apply your chosen hand cream.

You can also rub this mixture on the palms which will perfectly soften the calluses.

Use this scrub regularly (more than 1 time per week).
