This is a recipe that has been used by the Chinese people many years ago and has taken place in the rich Chinese alternative medicine. The reason this recipe is so appreciated is for lowering cholesterol and improvement of the cardiovascular system.
To maintain and keep the health of the cardiovascular exercises are required, and for lowering cholesterol levels it requires proper nutrition.
– 1 liter of water(purified)
– 3 medium sized organic lemons
– 36 cloves of garlic
- Cut peeled garlic into large pieces.
- Soak the lemons in water with a pinch of baking soda in it, leave it for an hour (make sure to wash the lemons good before soaking them)
- After an hour take out the lemons and cut them into small slices.
- Meanwhile heat up a liter of water.
- Then add the lemon and garlic pieces into the heated water.
- Put the mixture back on the stove and cook on low heat. Don’t let it to boil.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then remove it from the stove and after a while leave it in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, strain the mix nicely.
- Drink 50 mlthree times a day before mealtimes
