STOP!!! Do Not Eat Tuna Ever Again! This Might Happen To You… | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · May 17, 2018 ·

Fish is one of the most commonly used foods in many menus, especially when it comes to tuna.

Tuna is generally considered as very healthy type of fish. However, it turns out that it is actually not safe to use, and this article presents information which will definitely surprise you!

Even though tuna is rich in proteins and omega-3 fats, it is also exposed to mercury. This mineral is poisonous and it may negatively affect the functioning of the entire system.

Tuna Contains Mercury that Can Kill You

Many types of fish and seafood are loaded with mercury, a mineral which is found to damage the central nervous system, particularly when it comes to the first years of life.

Even though the tuna which is found in the supermarkets, fish stores, and supplies has been confirmed to contain low levels of mercury, it is recommended to limit its intake and consume it moderately in order to stay on the safe side and avoid any potential damage of the central nervous system.

It is also important to mention that up to 40 percent of this mineral generate a progressive deterioration in the cognitive system. Mercury is accumulated in the meal of various fish while they are still in the water, which is polluted.

Tuna is typically obtained from different oceans, many of which are likely to already be contaminated.

To sum up, you should limit your tuna intake to minimum and preferably to avoid it, as it may generate cancer in several body parts as well.
