SHE PUT VINEGAR IN ONE OF HER GARDEN PLANTS, WHAT HAPPENED IN 1 MINUTE IS INCREDIBLE | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · December 3, 2017 ·

When it comes to protecting and growing the plants in your garden, there are many chemical products and fertilizers you can pick from. However, they contain too much chemicals and toxins and are the last thing you want to feed your plants. Although they are cheap, these products are bad for your garden and the environment as well. They can also harm your health, which is why you should avoid them.

Instead of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, you can protect the plants in your garden with white vinegar. White vinegar is a great product that will take care of your plants and is environmentally friendly as well. It can be used in different ways without being afraid of any kind of side-effects. Here’s what it can help you do:

Repels insects

Spray some white vinegar on your plants in order to repel insects. The liquid is a natural pesticide that will keep them away from your garden.

Deters pets and pests

White vinegar can keep dogs, cats, moles, rodents and rabbits away from your plants. If the curious neighbor cat “loves” your plants, just spray some white vinegar on them and you’ll resolve the problem easily.

Cleans clay pots easily

Clay pots are great for keeping the soil moist and protecting the roots in the summer, but they’re difficult to clean. Luckily, white vinegar can help you in this case as well – just spray some of it directly on them and they will look great again.

Removes weeds

Spray some white vinegar on your garden walkways to eliminate weeds. This nifty trick will make your garden look organized and great.

Eliminates fruit flies

Mix ½ a cup of ACV, ¼ a cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and a tablespoon of honey well and pour the mixture in a plastic container which you should then hang on the fruit tree. Fruit flies love this mixture and will get trapped in it, which will keep them away from your fruits.

Removes rust from garden tools

Spray some white vinegar on your garden tools and rub them for a bit, then rinse with water to make them look as good as new.

Eliminates bugs

If your plants are attacked by bugs, spray a mixture of 1 part vinegar, 1 teaspoon of dishwashing cleaner and 3 parts of water on them.

Eliminates snails

Spray some white vinegar all around your garden to keep snails far away from your plants.

Fights fungi

If your plants grow small or have dark spots on them, you are probably having a fungal problem. To resolve it, add 2 teaspoons of white vinegar to some chamomile tea and spray the mixture on them. This will destroy the fungus completely and allow your plants to grow nice again.

Germinate seeds

White vinegar (as well as okra, asparagus, glories and moon flowers) can help you germinate seeds. Rub the seeds with coarse sandpaper the night before planting them in the ground, then mix 500 ml. warm water, 125 ml. white vinegar and a bit of liquid detergent and soak the seeds in the mixture. Plant them in the morning and you will enjoy seeing them grow big.
