Repair Your Kidneys Naturally – One Ingredient Only | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · November 19, 2017 ·

Before trying to resolve any kidney problem, you need to determine the cause first. It’s important to know what damaged your kidneys and understand the appropriate natural treatment for that.

According to experts, consuming a lot of sugar and fat every day makes the pancreas overworked which results in producing smaller amounts of sodium bicarbonate. Sodium bicarbonate is responsible for neutralizing acids in your body, so when smaller amounts are being produced, it’s unable to perform its function which leads to kidney damage.

A 2009 British study has discovered that baking soda can slow the progression of kidney disease. The US National Health Institute has also conducted experiments which showed that kidney dialysis using bicarbonate agents can help more than standard dialysis in cases of kidney disease. It may sound unbelievable, but the box of baking soda you have at home may save your life!

The first thing you need to do in case of kidney failure is to hydrate the body. You should drink plenty of water mixed with baking soda. In order to determine the ideal amount, you should take your body weight and divide it with 20 – the result is the recommended number of liters of water you should drink daily. You should also avoid dehydrating ingredients such as salt, tea, foods rich in crystalline sugar and products that can cause infections.

The best way to treat kidney damage or failure is naturally, as it’s a far more permanent solution. You should also avoid eating more than the daily recommended amount of protein as it can cause damage. Doctors also recommend vitamin B rich foods as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.
