The solution comes up in a form of cocktail that is meant to substitute the breakfast and can be made very fast and easily.
Recipe: all you need to do is to pour 100 ml of boiled water over six prunes. Cover them and leave them to rest for 10 minutes.
While the prunes are resting, you can put two tablespoons of oatmeal, one teaspoon of ground flax seeds and the same amount of cocoa in some bowl.
Add 300 ml of kefir and mix it well. Cut the plums well and put them in the mixture. Keep your cocktail in the fridge during the night and consume it first thing in the morning.
