MY GRANDMOTHER TAUGHT ME THIS REMEDY TO ELIMINATE VARICOSE VEINS OR SPIDER VEINS. NOW MY LEGS LOOKS AMAZING ! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · December 3, 2017 ·

Varicose veins (also known as spider veins) is a vein disease which is characterized with twisted and swollen veins. The problem is mostly aesthetic, but it may also indicate a serious cardiovascular problem. The treatment is either surgical or non-surgical, but we have a few natural remedies which can easily resolve the problem.

The remedies below will boost your circulation and help you get rid of your varicose veins in just a short time.

Apple cider vinegar, Aloe Vera and carrots

Mix the ingredients in a blender until you get a homogenous mixture, then apply it on the affected areas and leave it to work for 30 minutes. Rinse with water in the end and repeat the process every day for best results.

Aloe Vera gel

Take a fresh Aloe leaf and extract the gel from within, then warm it up a bit and apply it on your varicose veins. For easier application, use the gel as a compress before going to bed every night.

Garlic

Mix a bit of chopped garlic with alcohol and rub the tincture on your varicose veins 4 times a week.

ACV and sea salt baths

Dip your legs in a mixture of ACV and sea salt every day for 20 minutes and massage them to easily eliminate the varicose veins.

Ginkgo biloba

This plant contains powerful flavonoids which can improve your circulation and treat your varicose veins. Take Ginkgo Biloba every day in the form of tablets or capsules.

Besides these natural remedies, you can also lift your legs up while lying down on your bed for 10 minutes every day in order to let the blood go back to the heart and decongest your veins. Bike riding and taking long walks every day can also activate your circulation and reduce the risk of varicose veins.

Avoid crossing your legs when sitting – this interrupts your blood flow and increases the risk of varicose veins. Finally, avoid standing and sitting for a longer period and quit smoking or drinking too much alcohol to prevent the problem.
