Incense – One of the Most Healing Plants Worldwide | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · January 17, 2017 ·

It is said that this plant improves circulation and blood flow through the blood vessels which are damaged by inflammation and it helps the joints affected by arthritis. Some studies have shown that incense may help treat some types of cancer – malignant melanoma, bladder cancer and brain tumors.

In one study it was confirmed that the extract of incense reduces neurological damage, eases depression and reduces tension, prevents upcoming diseases of blood vessels and reduces the bad cholesterol. In aromatherapy, the incense is used to defeat stress, hysteria and depression.

It is thought that massage and bath with incense oil, helps with menstrual pain and inflammation of the bladder. Also this therapy with incense oil has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and helps with bronchitis, asthma, sinusitis, colds and allergies.

Pour on the hand several drops of this oil and inhale more times a day or inhaled with tincture of incense, one teaspoon to a liter of hot water. It is believed that incense can stop snoring, and for that purpose it is necessary to apply incense oil to the neck, chest and the area around the nose. The incense is good for skin care because it helps to clean the acne, scars, stretch marks, wrinkles and wounds.

The incense is not recommended if you drink medicines for thinning the blood, if you suffer from high blood pressure, if you are pregnant or for breast-feeding.
