IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE 6 CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD STOP CONSUMING GARLIC IMMEDIATELY! IT IS VERY DANGEROUS!!! | Healthy Life Vision

According to different studies, allicin, the active compound of garlic uses the same mechanism ACE inhibitors use to lower blood pressure. It relaxes blood vessels and helps create angiotensin II, an important hormone. Garlic can also lower your LDL (bad) cholesterol and has even more health benefits.

Mostly used to give our food a nice flavor, garlic has been one of the most popular natural remedies for centuries. It is a powerful immune booster, with studies confirming that taking garlic supplements daily can reduce the risk of colds and the flu by 63%. Garlic can also treat staph infections, and making your own garlic oil at home can help you treat ear infections. As you can see, the vegetable is one of the healthiest around.

Eaten raw, garlic can cause bad breath, heartburn, gasses, nausea and a pungent taste in the mouth, which is why it’s better to take garlic supplements.

Garlic is a natural coagulant that can make your blood more fluid and treat circulation problems. In this way, it significantly reduces the risk of blood clots, heart attacks, thrombosis, heart disease, stroke, etc. However, if mixed with other anticoagulants, it may cause unnecessary bleeding. This is why garlic must not be mixed with medications – consult your doctor for garlic consumption before starting the treatment.

People with liver problems should avoid garlic as well. It may decrease the liver’s ability to breakdown medications or decrease their efficiency. Eating too much garlic may present a big problem for people with sensitive stomach or people currently on stomach medications.

Pregnant women can eat garlic in limited amounts, although doctors are advising against it. If you have low blood pressure or it falls down suddenly, eating a garlic clove will get it back to normal.
