Garlic is capable of lowering the high blood pressure and cholesterol level and keeps you safe from coronary heart disease and heart attack. It also disables the impacts of atherosclerosis.

Garlic can be found useful in treating usual everyday health issues like traveler’s diarrhea, hayfever, cold, bug bites, flu and fungal infections.

In addition, garlic relieves the symptoms of diabetes, osteoarthritis and enlarged prostate.

Garlic strengthens your immune system and aids in the removal of toxins from your organism. In combination with onion and ginger, it is very helpful in the detox process from chemotherapy.

How to use garlic?

You should consume the garlic in raw form. Raw garlic contains allicin- active substance of garlic which is decentralized by heat. Crumple and cut the garlic clove and leave it to stay for 15 minutes before eating it. This will activate a reaction that makes alicin more bio available.

If you consume the garlic on an empty stomach your body will use its benefits easier because when your stomach is full, it has difficulties to absorb and process all the ingested nutrients.

Raw Garlic and Honey

You can finely cut 2-3 garlic cloves and combine them with 1 tablespoon of honey. Consume this remedy every day and you will have more energy and be healthier than before.

Garlic Flu Tonic

In case your skin is too sensitive you should wear gloves and make sure you don’t rub your eyes when preparing this tonic since the natural oils could start a skin rush or burn.

Ingredients:

5 chopped garlic cloves

½ a yellow onion (chopped)

2 red chili peppers (chopped)

The juice of one lemon

1 tablespoon of chopped ginger

Raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Use some jar of 350-500 ml. Add the onion before adding the garlic. Then you should add the chili peppers.

Now is the time to add the ginger. Add the lemon juice as well. At the end, add the apple cider vinegar and make sure that there is 1cm of room at the top. Close the jar with a lid.

This tonic can heal sore throat, cold and flu.
