How To Remove Dental Plaque In 5 Minutes Naturally, Without Going To The Dentist !!! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 17, 2018 ·

The term plaque refers to accumulation of food waste in both external and internal surfaces of the teeth. Besides causing bad breath, this condition may also lead to the development of other issues, such as sarro. Sarro develops dye to food waste which is hardened and causes halitosis and bleeding.

Even though dentists still don’t know how to prevent the development of plaque, they still offer some procedures which are said to reduce the accumulation of waste and thus prevent the disease from progressing.

Having yellow teeth is one of the most common characteristics of smokers and it is caused by accumulation of nicotine on the teeth.  Those who chew snuff and drink a lot of coffee suffer from the same issue. It is worth mentioning that plaque is considered as an early stage of other, more serious issues like tooth decay or tooth loss.

Everyone should visit the doctor on every six months for a procedure called deep prophylaxis. Even though this procedure doesn’t cost a lot of money, people often skip it. If you are one of those people, you will be happy to learn that there is a way to remove plaque without going to the dentist.

Home Remedy 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ liter of water
  • 60 g of flour nutshell

Instructions:

First, boil the water with the flour of nutshell on low heat. You should get a mixture which resembles toothpaste and which should be used to brush your teeth with for 5 minutes, twice a month.

Home Remedy 2

Ingredients:

  • ½ liter of water
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower seed

Instructions:

Simmer the ingredients on a low heat for an hour. You should get a mixture which again resembles toothpaste which should be used to brush your teeth with for 5 minutes, twice a month.

Additional Tips

  • Brush your teeth after every meal for about 2 minutes. Make sure you cover all teeth and molars.
  • Use natural toothpaste, as conventional one is likely to contain substances which negatively affect the mouth`s pH level.
  • Use dental floss or thread every night before bedtime to remove any food residue between teeth.
  • It is also recommended to use mouthwash on a regular basis. To make natural mouthwash, try thyme and mint infusion or mix 1 part of sea water with 2 parts plain water.
  • Last but not least, if you visit a dentist for a dental cleaning, make sure you don’t overdo it as it may damage the teeth`s enamel.
