Proper holding of the body has always been our biggest problem.

We are all familiar with the rules of how to sit, how to walk, that from a young age we have heard from our parents.

Perhaps at the time it seemed that is disturbing us, but our parents were right. Now when you see someone with a bent or curved spine, it is not nice to see.

No one is adorned by slumped shoulders and a bent back.

Our front is much more developed than the spine, so it comes to distortion of the body. To avoid these problems it is necessary to do exercises to strengthen spinal muscles. And of course we should not be lazy and if we sit, sit upright.

This simple exercise can be of great help to strengthen the back muscles :

Lie on your stomach, face down. Slowly lift your upper body as much as you can. Hands can be fixed on the hips. Hold this position, because this way most of muscles are activated, and you can feel the tension.

Do 10 repetitions. 

In the beginning you can start with a series of 10 repetitions. If you do the exercise every day, you can gradually start to increase the repetitions.

Very soon you will be seeing the effects of this exercise. You will not face the pain in your back and neck.

You will feel much better and healthier and more beautiful for yourself and others.
