  • 125 gr. horseradish
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • Ginger root (2 cm)

Preparation:

Wash the horseradish and ginger well and toss them in a blender. Blend everything well then add the lemon (cut in pieces, unpeeled). Make sure you remove the lemon seeds before adding the slices in the blender. Blend again until everything is combined. Finally add the honey and cinnamon and mix everything. Store the mixture in a glass jar and put it in the fridge.

How to use it:

Drink 1 tsp. of this homemade mixture, twice a day, for a period of 3 weeks. This amazing remedy can even stimulate weight loss and help you shed those extra pounds much faster. So if you’re on a quest to lose some weight this drink is perfect for you.

Additionally, the following foods will also help you improve your memory and boost brain function :

  • Rosemary is rich in compounds which have a brain-boosting property. Rosemary fragrance is also very powerful and effective so all you have to do is place a rosemary plant in the window, or use an essential oil.
  • Beets abound in natural nitrates which improve blood flow in the body and the brain.
  • Eggs are loaded with nutrients and you should consume them more often. The egg yolk is especially nutritious because it contains choline that can help you boost brain health.
  • Eat more fish like salmon, sardines, and black cod. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, an essential nutrient for good brain function.
