The basic rice diet – 800 calories

  • Breakfast: two types of starch (bread, cooked rice, cooked beans, pasta), two types of fruit,
  • Lunch: two types of starch, two types of fruit (banana or other fruit),
  • Dinner: two types of starch, two types of fruit.

Milk – Vegetarian diet with rice – 1000 calories

  • Breakfast: one type of starch, any type of low calorie dairy products (milk, yogurt or fresh cow cheese), a fruit,
  • Lunch: three types of starch, one kind of fruit, three kinds of vegetables ,
  • Dinner: three types of starch, one kind of fruit, three kinds of vegetables.

Meat diet with rice – 1,200 calories

  • Breakfast: two types of starch, a type of fruit,
  • Lunch: three types of starch, one kind of fruit, three kinds of vegetables,
  • Dinner: three types of starch, a meat, one kind of fruit, three kinds of vegetables.
