GET RID OF BLACK SPOTS ON FACE JUST IN 15 MINUTES | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · July 20, 2018 ·

Dark spots on the skin are medicinally known as hyper pigmentation. This common issue is caused by increased production of melanin in the body and it affects both men and women of all ages. However, those with darker skin are more susceptible to hyper pigmentation.

Even though it is harmless, hyper pigmentation lowers person`s self-esteem and the way a person feels about himself.  Dark spots resemble acne, but the difference is that they are more difficult to remove. In fact, you need a lot of preventive measures and skin products to eliminate them for good.

The most common causes of hyper pigmentation include lack of sleep, skin inflammation, hormonal imbalance, pregnancy, excessive sunlight exposure, and stress.

Luckily, you can turn to alternative medicine and try out various homemade solutions designed for this purpose. Among them are:

  1. Almonds/ Sandalwood powder/ Honey

Almonds are extremely skin-friendly and they are especially beneficial for treating dark spots. All you have to do is to soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight, remove their skin and grind them. Then, add a teaspoon of sandalwood powder and a teaspoon of honey in order to create a paste. Apply it onto the face and leave it on for about 30 minutes.

  1. Buttermilk and Tomato Juice

Mix 4 teaspoons of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. Apply the mixture onto the face and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Wash it off with water afterwards.

Mix some lemon juice with ½ cup of grinded oats to create a paste. Apply onto the face and let it work for a while. Remove it with a damp cloth afterwards.

The ingredients below are also very beneficial in the treatment of dark spots on the skin.  Check them out!

Amazingly, buttermilk has the ability to remove acne scars, pimple marks, and even out the skin. It contains lactic acid which enhances the quality of your skin. Feel free to replace it with natural milk or yogurt in case you cannot find buttermilk.

Lemon juice is said to be the best natural remedy for dark spots, due to its strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties. It is an excellent source of various nutrients which lighten the skin as well.

Papaya is rich in minerals and enzymes which naturally remove dark spots on the face.  All you have to do is to apply a ripe papaya on the skin and let it work for 20 minutes before washing it off.

Aloe Vera acts and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent, which in turn makes it effective in removing dark spots. It is abundant in other skin-friendly nutrients as well. Try it out and see it for yourself.
