5 celery stalks
Lemon juice (from 3 lemons)
6 cups of water
1 cup of chopped parsley
Mix the lemon juice, parsley and celery stalks in a blender, then add 6 cups of water and blend until you get a homogenous mixture. That’s it – your liver detox remedy is now prepared!
Drink 2 glasses of the beverage 3 times a day before meals and repeat the treatment for 3 days. Repeat the procedure again after a week break, and avoid eating heavy meals during the process. Drink a lot of water as well to speed up the detox process and lose even more weight!
