- 2 apples
- 5 leaves fresh kale
- 1 bunch parsley
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 piece ginger
Wash all of the ingredients thoroughly in cold water and place them in a blender. Stir for a few minutes and put the juice in a bowl. Drink every morning on an empty stomach or between meals during the day.
