Do You Suffer from Poor Circulation? Here’s How to Solve the Problem in Less Than 20 Minutes! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · December 23, 2016 ·

Poor circulation is a common issue these days and it affects people of all ages.  The good news is that there are some tricks which can help you put an end to this problem!

According to the medical experts, the most common causes and risk factors of poor circulation include poor diet and inactivity. This is not surprising as these days most people spend a lot of time in time of their TV or laptop and eat diet which is low in nutrients. So, this means that their lifestyle lacks physical activity and healthy diet, both of which are extremely important.

This sedentary lifestyle causes many health issues, among which blood circulation is one of the most common. Besides the fact that the tissues fail to get enough nutrients and oxygen, the bloodstream also becomes accumulated with fat and cholesterol which clog the arteries over time.

However, as mentioned in the very beginning, there are some tricks and exercises which can help you solve this issue and improve your blood circulation. The combination of these exercises and healthy diet solves the issue in no time.  Just follow the instructions below:

Stretching should be done in the morning, right after you wake up. It is highly recommended to make it your morning ritual as it is extremely effective and it takes only a few minutes of your time.

Put the feel flat on the ground and raise the heels for about 2-3 seconds. The most important thing is to tighten the calf muscles. Do 10 repetitions.

Sit on a chair and rotate the foot clockwise. Make 10 repetitions for each foot. This simple exercise will improve both blood circulation and suppleness of the legs.

Do a set of 10 push-ups in the morning, right after getting up.  This exercise will supply you with the needed energy for the day!

Walking is most beneficial when it comes to blood circulation as it relaxes the leg muscles, improves blood flow, and it tightens the muscles. In addition to this, it lowers blood pressure as well! It is recommended to begin with short walks 2-3 times a week.

During swimming, all muscles are engaged which leads to improved oxygen supply to the heart and lungs. Swimming is adequate for people of all ages and it is extremely beneficial when it comes to joint pain and muscle pain too.

Yoga includes various breathing techniques which improve blood flow in the muscles and oxygen concentration in the bloodstream.

Cycling is one of the best exercises for enhancing blood flow in the lower part of the body.

Besides improving blood circulation, dancing will help you lose weight and reduce stress! Just find an activity which works for you and stick to it.
