APPLY THIS ON YOUR HANDS, WAIT 15 MINUTES AND WRINKLES DISAPPEAR COMPLETELY! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · November 19, 2017 ·

We use our hands for different tasks which makes them a crucial part of our body. This is why we should care for them without a question, and always keep them at optimal health.

The hands are one of the first body parts affected by the aging process because the skin there is skinner than on other body parts. There’s no fat on the hands as well, which is why the aging process is noticeable once the collagen and elastin fibers start breaking down. When you add the constant damage caused by chemicals and environmental factors, it’s clear why we need to care for our hands. Luckily, this can be done with some simple natural remedies.

Remedy for young looking hands

Eggs

Eggs will improve the elasticity of your skin when mixed with honey. Mix 1 egg white with a tablespoon of honey, then apply the mixture on your hands and let it dry. Wash with soap and water in the end.

Potato

Bake a medium-sized potato, then make a puree and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey and milk and mix well. Store the mixture in the fridge, and apply it a couple of times a week on your hands. Rinse your hands with water and soap after application.

Rosehip oil

Rosehip oil provides your skin with elasticity and firmness while also providing it with essential nutrients. Massage your hands with the oil every day to rejuvenate them.

Dark spots on the hands

Lemon and sugar

Squeeze half a lemon into a bowl then add 2 teaspoons of sugar and mix well. Use the mixture to exfoliate your hands, then rinse with soap and water in the end.

Hydration remedy

Almond oil

Soak your hands in cold water for 5 minutes first, then dry them and apply almond oil cream. Put on cotton gloves and leave the remedy to work overnight.

Petroleum jelly

Applying petroleum jelly on your hands will hydrate your skin and improve its elasticity quickly.

What to avoid?

In order to keep the skin on your hands healthy, you shouldn’t bite your nails, as the habit affects the skin and inhibits its growth over time. You should also avoid washing your hands with hot water as it dehydrates them.

Finally, always wear gloves in the winter to protect your skin and apply a moisturizing cream afterwards.
