You may ask yourself why anyone would drink potato juice, but it’s not always everything in the taste. The most healing things have completely unattractive taste for us, and what has the best taste, most often hurts us.

Potato juice is pretty tasteless, but is extremely healthy, and is included in the Brey’s medical diet. Here’s what this healing juice is good for:

It alkalizes the body

Potato juice is a pool so it can help establish the acid-base balance of the body, which is especially important for us because today’s diet causes our body to always crave for acidity.

Helps against gout

Reduces the level of uric acid and therefore helps against gout.

Has anti-inflammatory action

Because of this, the potato juice can help with arthritis and other forms of inflammatory processes, especially in the joints, and in back pain. Also, potato juice stimulates circulation in the whole body.

Clears the skin

Potato juice has a calming effect on the eczema and even acne and helps cleanse the skin.

It helps in the process of losing weight

For this purpose you need to drink a cup of potato juice before breakfast and another 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.

It cleans the liver

Therefore it can be used for detox diets, but also can facilitate the functioning of the liver and gallbladder, if there are problems. For this purpose drink 2dl of the juice in the morning on an empty stomach.

It helps in the treatment of gastritis and ulcer

Therefore it is recommended to consume a spoonful of potato juice diluted with water half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

How to make it?

It is very simple to make the healing juice. Wash the potatoes and peel them and remove all green parts and sprouts. Then grate and paste it in the linen cloth and drain the juice (you can also use a juicer).

Always drink the juice fresh squeezed, and if you don’t like the taste, you can mix with lemon juice, apples, carrots and honey…
