Take a good detox bath to cleanse your body

  • Clean your food;

    For your evening detox baths, you need bath salts with many benefits

    1.A homemade bath salt with Epsom salt

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups water;
    • 1/4 cup Epsom salt;
    • 1/4 cup baking soda;
    • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar;
    • 10 drops of essential oil (optional).

    Steps to follow:

  • Boil two cups of water in a small saucepan;
  • Pour the water into a one-liter jar (glass with metal lid);
  • Pour in the Epsom salt and baking soda;
  • Fill your bathtub with warm or hot water according to your convenience;
  • Add the apple cider vinegar;
  • Pour the salt mixture and essential oil;
  • Take a dip in your bath for at least 30 minutes.
  • Also called “epsomite” or “English salt” Epsom salt is a white powder composed of magnesium sulfate crystals. The latter have been recognized for exfoliating, remineralizing and revitalizing properties. It is not surprising that this ingredient is a must in SPAs.

    2. A detox bath with bentonite clay

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup bentonite clay;
    • 1/2 cup Epsom salts;
    • Essential oil (optional)

    Steps to follow:

  • Pour the Epsom salt into a warm or hot bath and add your essential oil;
  • Mix the bentonite clay with a small amount of water to form a paste to rub all over the skin;
  • Let the clay mask dry for 5 minutes before immersing yourself in the bath;
  • Stay lying in your bath for at least 20 minutes;
  • You can use a sponge to remove the clay that remains on your skin.
  • As demonstrated in a study, published in the National Library of Medicine, bentonite clay acts as a detoxifying agent, thanks in part to its polycationic nature that absorbs negatively charged toxins.     3. A green tea detox bath

    Ingredient:

    • 5 to 10 green tea bags.

    Steps to follow:

    • Run a bath with hot water;
    • Add 5 to 10 tea bags and leave ite infuse everything in water for 15 min;
    • Lie down in your bathtub and enjoy the benefits of this detox bath;
    • Rinse with a cool shower.

    4. A detox bath with apple cider vinegar

    Ingredient:

    • 1 to 2 cups apple cider vinegar.

    Steps to follow:

  • Fill your bathtub with warm or hot water;
  • Add the apple cider vinegar;
  • Stay in your bathtub for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • This bath is very good for balancing the pH of the skin and relieving the problems of dandruff, eczema and itching dry skin! In addition, it makes the hair shinier!
    Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and leaves the skin soft, smooth and detoxified. So if you want to get a new look, do not hesitate to adopt this detox bath, simply amazing!

    5. A mustard detox bath

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup baking soda;
    • 1/4 cup mustard powder;
    • 6 drops of wintergreen or peppermint essential oil;
    • 6 drops of rosemary essential oil;
    • 6 drops of eucalyptus essential oil.

    Steps to follow:

  • Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix everything;
  • Pour 4 tablespoons of the mixture into the bath and stir vigorously. Your detox bath is ready.
