Almost 2/3 of the world population is impacted by an intestinal bacterium which causes problems for years.

The bacteria’s name is H Pylori or also known as Helicobacter Pylori. It is a delicate asymptomatic intestinal bacterium which is difficult to detect without the right medical examinations.

How Can You Tell?

It is manifested through many symptoms like heartburn, belching, constipation, inflating, diarrhea, esophageal reflux, upper and mid-abdominal pain and turgidity. So, very often the people who are affected by this bacteria thing that these symptoms are usual body functions and don’t even think of some bacteria or something similar.

This bacteria is the greatest reason for gastritis, which is an inflammation of the stomach membrane. It is to blame for 80% of all gastric ulcers and 90% of all duodenal ulcers. H Pylori can cause many non-digestive problems, like cardiovascular disarrays, migraines and Raynaud’s disease, which is imbalanced blood flow in the hands and feet.

This bacterium can also cause lack of serotonin in the brain which eventually leads to anxiety and depression. The people who are affected by this bacteria often feel bad and uncomfortable in public places.

It Can Happen to Anyone

Solving this issue could be very difficulty particularly when you aren’t aware of the bacteria inside you. This spiral-shaped bacterium lives in the stomach membrane of humans and animals. This usually is not related with problems like anxiety and depression. But this bacterium is cunning one and works in wretched ways and changes your mood.

This bacterium enters in our organism by consuming sullied food or water. Preparing your food with unclean hands is one of the ways to ingest this bacterium. Make sure you aren’t eating in every restaurant, especially the suspicious ones. Maintain the cleanliness in your home.

What Can You do About it?

Over 80% of the patients that are affected by H Pylori were successfully healed. Antibiotics are the best weapon against this bacterium. If you are affected by this bacterium you should ask your doctor for prescription. Usually antibiotics aren’t needed, but this condition is serious and it will be the best to ask for medical attention.

Having a proper diet is necessary for prevention from this bacterium. You should consume high amounts of vitamins A, C and E, together with zinc in order to protect your stomach membrane. Probiotics like lactobacillus and bifidobacterium could be also useful for protection. You should always wash your hands and drink water from clean source.

You should make proper examination often because you never know when this bacterium can affect you. Visit your doctor at least once in a year for thoroughly examination.
