RESET YOUR HORMONES TO BLAST BELLY FAT!!! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · March 9, 2018 ·

Nobody wants to have extra pounds of weight, specifically around the waist. But this is the first place where fat accumulates and last to be burned for many people. But you should be aware of one important thing.

The extra pounds around your waist are not only bad for your appearance, they are bad for your health as well. Having fat around your belly is a key indicator of imbalance in your hormones. This fat is worse than the fat around your hips and thighs.

The hormones in the body play important role in the entire process of losing weight – including carvings, appetite, metabolism, where you store fats etc. Any kind of hormonal imbalance will definitely interrupt the weight loss process regardless of your diet and exercises.

Hormones That Trigger Belly Fat

The extra fat in the belly area can increase the risk of heart diseases, diabetes and sets the stage of aging. You must change your exercise, your diet, have a good sleep and motivate yourself if you want to get rid of the stubborn fat. Extra pounds in the belly can lead to these hormonal imbalances:

  • Low Growth Hormone
  • High Insulin
  • Controlling Insulin Level
  • Low Testosterone
  • High Estrogen
  • Low DHEA
  • High Cholesterol

Insulin is processing the sugar in the blood stream and leading it to cells where it is used as a fuel or kept as a fat. High blood insulin levels develops belly fat because of type 3 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.

Change Your Diet

You will have to change your diet if you want to remove the extra pounds in the body. Also you will have to take larger quantities of food full with proteins. Your daily caloric intakes have to be 30% carbohydrates, 20% fats and 50% protein. Try to have more dark green and fiber rich vegetables, whole grains, drink less alcohol and avoid white flour, salt, white sugar, soda, fast food, carbonated drinks, and instead of ordinary oil take olive oil.

Recommended Food

With having high protein diet you will significantly reduce the LDL cholesterol and the abdominal fat. This diet keeps blood sugar and insulin levels low, which is must for appetite control and fat loss.

The correct amounts of proteins control hormones and fat burning and stimulate appetite. Best protein options are shellfish, scallops, omega 3, cottage cheese, eggs, organic chicken and ricotta (low fat cheese).

Controlling Estrogen Levels

The extra pounds in the belly area in men will converse the testosterone in estrogen. If you have high level of estrogen, then you have increased tendency to collect fat in the abdomen.

The symptoms of increased estrogen at women are menstrual irregularity, obesity, headaches, ovaries and fibrocystic etc.

Don’t forget to sleep at least 7 hours a day if you want to successfully lose weight. Also you will have to work out for better results.

Foods To Help

The most effective way, and the easies as well, to control your estrogen level is through proper nutrition. There are large quantities of phytoestrogen content in legumes, seeds (oilseed, flaxseed), nuts, wheat, apples, dried beans, soy product (tempeh, soy milk, toffy, soybean) lentils, berries, wheat germ, carrots, mung beans and pomegranates.

Raising Testosterone Levels

This male hormone is responsible for sperm production, bone and muscle health and hair growth. It is not only for sex drive. The fat in your abdominal area kills the testosterone and man becomes obese and stressed. When our body is under a stress, it produces more cortisol (the stress hormone) than testosterone.

Low testosterone level is connected to osteoporosis, obesity, depression, heart diseases and more health illnesses. It decreases the motivation, drive, stamina, and strength. Also loss of muscle tissue can be signal of low testosterone.

Recommended Foods

  • Bananas
  • Garlic
  • Eggs
  • Broccoli
  • Brazil nuts
  • Oysters

Don’t waste your time, create new habits, follow the rules mentioned above, get rid of extra pounds and stay healthy for the rest of your live.
