How To Lose 10-17 Pounds With This Delicious Fat-Burning Soup In Just 1 Week! | Healthy Life Vision

Overweight can result with many health issues. The Sacred Heart Memorial hospital patented this 7-day eating diet regime for patients who needed to lose weight before their surgery. This diet regime involves the incredible Fat Burning Soup (FBS).

If you eat this soup all the time, it could result with malnutrition, which means that you must drink plenty of water. You can also consume kombucha in order to gain the health benefits of the yeast and the good bacteria.

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • A (16 oz.) can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 lbs of carrots, sliced in bite size
  • 1 large cabbage cut in small chunks
  • 6 large green onions, chopped in bite size
  • 2( 8 oz.) cans of green beans
  • Salt and pepper

If you like, you can add some of the following spices: beef bouillon, chopped parsley, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce, curry powder.

Preparation: Use some pot and combine all the ingredients in it, together with the spices. Add some water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Then lower to simmer. The vegetables should be cooked until they become tender enough.

Organic diet cabbage soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 sliced bulb of garlic
  • 1 large shredded cabbage
  • 1 Ib of shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 kombu seaweed (rinsed and sliced)
  • 2 Ibs of crumpled tomatoes
  • 1 leek (rinsed and sliced)
  • Broth
  • Lots of herbs
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation: sauté the vegetables in coconut oil or any other vegetable oil, except the tomato and the cabbage. Combine the cabbage and the tomato in the pot and pour some water over them until they are covered. Allow the mixture to boil and then reduce the heat to simmer. Soon the vegetables will become tender and now is the time to add the fresh or dried herbs. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

7 Days Diet Plan

Day 1 – during the first day you should eat this soup and fruits. Consume water, cranberry juice, unsweetened tea or kombucha. You can eat watermelon or cantaloupe, but keep in mind that you mustn’t eat banana.

Day 2 – during the second day you should eat soup and vegetables only. Don’t eat peas, dry beans, or corn. You should eat green, leafy vegetables. You can have one large buttered potato for dinner. You mustn’t eat fruits during the second day.

Day 3 – eat all the soup in combination with vegetables and fruits. Don’t eat potato for dinner during the third day. You should have already lost 5-7 lbs until today.

Day 4 – Eat as many bananas as you can and don’t forget to drink as much water as possible together with the soup. Potassium, carbohydrates and calcium will suppress your desire for sweets.

Day 5 – during the fifth day you can eat 6 organic tomatoes, 10-20 oz of lamb, chicken, beef, fish or wheat gluten. Eat quality red animal protein which is 100% organic and consume 6-8 glasses of water. You should eat the soup minimum once through the day.

Day 6 – you should eat lamb, beef, chicken, fish or beans in combination with vegetables. Eat 2-3 steaks with green leafy vegetables, but without baked potatoes. The soup should be eaten at least once a day.

Day 7 – you can consume unsweetened fruit, vegetables and brown rice. Eat the soup at least once a day.

Follow these instructions and you will be able to lower 10-17 pounds. In case you lose more than 15 pounds, a pause is recommended. Then you can start again from the first day. The diet will work differently in each organism because we all have different digestive systems.

Additional tips

Don’t eat pasta, fried foods or bread while implementing this diet.

Avoid alcohol. You can drink alcohol 24 hours after the diet is finished.

Drink unsweetened teas, coffee, water and juices. Avoid sodas or any other diet drinks.

Other medications will not have impact on the diet regime.
