NO MORE HAIR DYE! THIS BLACK WATER WILL MAKE YOUR GRAY HAIR TO DISAPPEAR FOREVER! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · December 5, 2017 ·

Gray hair is one of the most unpleasant problems in today’s society. As we age, the follicles on our head stop producing a pigment called melanin, which turns the hairs gray. This problem is common for the elderly, but lately more and more young people are also suffering from it. Premature gray hair is a headache for millions of people in the world, who are at a loss of how to treat it.

Usually, people dye their hair to cover the gray hairs, but this isn’t a permanent solution. Even worse, this habit can cause extra damage to the hair and make things worse. However, there’s one natural solution which can stop the premature graying and restore the natural color of your hair. Here’s what you need to do:

Ingredients

5-6 potatoes

A bowl

A colander

An empty bottle of shampoo

A moisturizer and conditioner

A pot

A towel

Instructions

Wash and peel the potatoes first, then add them to half a gallon of boiling water. Boil the mixture for 20-30 minutes before straining it over a colander into a bowl. Save the liquid in a bottle and throw away the peels.

Before using the remedy, wash your hair as usual and apply a high-quality moisturizer afterwards in order to hydrate the gray hairs. Once you’re done, apply the liquid on your head and massage for a couple of minutes, then give your hair a final rinse with warm water.

There are a few tips that can help you prevent gray hair. First and foremost, you need to reduce your stress levels. Stress is highly dangerous for your hair and overall health, so make sure to avoid it. Smoking is dangerous as well – many experts agree that smoking accelerate the graying of the hair as it reduces circulation and oxygenation of the cells.

You should also stay hydrated by drinking the recommended amount of water every day (6-8 glasses). Dehydration can have a detrimental effect on your hair, while staying hydrated will keep your hair and scalp functioning properly. Finally, you should consume copper-rich foods such as spinach, turnips, blackberries, pineapples, almonds and pomegranates as lack of copper in the body is one of the main factors for gray hair.
