Improve Poor Circulation: Make a Natural Gel For Swollen Feet | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · October 29, 2017 ·

One of the first symptoms of improper circulation is the swollen feet and water withholding in your legs, particularly in the feet, calves, ankles and tights. The most often causes for swollen feet are long standing or sitting, hot weather and some health conditions like obesity and pregnancy. All these causes are leading to inflammation and disarrays of the venous blood flow.

The natural gel we are about to present to you is going to accelerate the movement of blood in your bloodstream and you will feel energized and fresher.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of Aloe Vera gel
  • 10 drops of essential oil of lemon eucalyptus
  • 5 drops of essential oil of mint or camphor
  • 5 grams of crystal menthol or camphor
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin or olive oil

Preparation:

Combine the glycerin or the olive oil with the mint and once they melt, you can add the other ingredients. Place the gel in some vessel and store it in the freezer. Use the gel when you need to.

Aloe Vera has large amounts of enzymes and salicylic acid which are helpful for decreasing the ache and inflammation and penetrating inside your skin in order to provide you with each medicinal benefit this recipe has to offer.

Thanks to the essential oil of lemon eucalyptus this gel will diminish the ache and inflexibility in your legs.
