Cereal millet is very simple and wonderful in treating kidney disease. It eliminates sand and slime, removes small stones from the kidneys and can treat cystitis and some gynecological diseases. It is a fantastic cleaner for the kidneys as well.

Most of the people said that they forget the issues with the kidneys after using this cure. It is used in the traditional medicine as natural remedy for treating urolithiasis (formation of the stones in the urinary tract and urine).

Also millet is one of the most popular cereal that has big nutritional value and medicinal properties.

You can try this traditional Russian recipe that will remove the kidney stones, clean the secretion of mucus, sand and some small stones.

Recipe for removal of kidney stones:

In the evening wash 200 grams (one cup) of millet. Then put the millet in the 3 liter jar and pour 2/3 the jar with boiled water. Cover the jar, shake the mixture well and wrap with some warm clothes. Leave it to stand overnight. Shake again in the morning. You will see white muddy liquid in the jar.

Pour the liquid in another bottle, and drink it during the day without limitation, as much as you want and at any time.

But don’t waste ten millet. You can cook healthy purée for your breakfast (cook 3 cups of water and 1 cup of millet for about 15 minutes).

Prepare a new portion in the evening. You should consume this drink for 10-15 days.

After this the stone will be melted and will be released through the urine. Also the kidneys will be cleaned from sand, mucus and stones. You will also eliminate the irritation of kidney’s tissue and urinary track.

Regular consummation of millet will be great to the health of your kidneys.
