PLACE ICE ON THIS POINT TWICE A DAY AND SOMETHING AMAZING CAN HAPPEN TO YOUR BODY! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · June 20, 2017 ·

Traditional Chinese medicine says that pure energy streams through channels in our bodies called meridians. Chinese healers think that diseases only occur when these pathways are blocked, and that by restoring proper energy flow in the body the organs will work at their optimal levels. Acupuncture is just one of the practices that can improve the energy flow in your body as well as your overall health.

However, Chinese traditional medicine also says that rubbing an ice cube on a certain point on your neck can easily and quickly improve your overall well-being. The point is located at the base of the skull and the highest point of the neck near the base of the hairline. The Chinese call this point Feng Fu, and according to acupuncturists, stimulating it will promote overall well-being.

Take an ice cube and lie on your stomach, then put it on the Feng Fu point on your neck. Hold the cube there for 20 minutes – it will be unpleasant in the start, but you will feel a nice influx of heat after only a minute. Repeat the method twice a day (in the morning and evening) to stimulate the release of endorphins in your bloodstream and energize your body. This practice will restore your physiological balance, rejuvenate and strengthen your body. Stimulating the Feng Fu point regularly can:

  • Improve the quality of sleep;
  • Improve your digestive system;
  • Eliminate colds;
  • Reduce headache, toothache and joint pain;
  • Improve your breathing;
  • Cure gastrointestinal problems;
  • Manage thyroid disorders;
  • Help with asthma;
  • Aid in the relief of arthritis;
  • Manage menstrual disorders;
  • Help manage stress, fatigue and depression.

Note: the method is not recommended if you have a pacemaker or are pregnant. People suffering from schizophrenia or epilepsy should avoid it as well. Watch the video below to learn how to perform the procedure:
