She Lost 50kg In 10 Months And Didn’t Exercise A Single Day | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · May 29, 2017 ·

Everyone who has some excess weight and tries to lose it knows how hard it is. Do you have the feeling that whatever you do and no matter how hard you try, those few extra kilos won’t be gone away? Still, you should know that everything is a matter of will and determination and the example of this girl shows what it truly is. She has succeeded in losing 50 kg in only 10 months. And here we discover how.

This girl’s name is Lili and she is quite proud of her success. She has shared photos of her showing how she looked before and after she lost unbelievable 50 kg weight on Imgur. And guess what? It all happened in only 10 months.

It is needless to say how much better Lilly looks after she has lost 50 kg, and she reveals the secret of her success to us, not only her photos.

She says that she is not a doctor and this is not a doctor’s diet, but she just wants to announce what is the regime that has helped her a lot. She has used the ketogenic diet. This diet consists of importing about 20-25 carbohydrates daily. The secret is that when your body faces lack of carbohydrates for supplying with energy, it has to use the fat. About 90-95 percent of the carbohydrates intake comes from vegetables, turkey meet, beef, chicken, all high in proteins.

If you think it is hard and you think you lack motivation, don’t worry. You just need to stop consuming much carbohydrates and stick to that. In Lilly’s case, this wasn’t hard at all; she had thrown away everything from her home two days before Christmas. She wasn’t sorry and didn’t look back. Her motivation was those 30 extra kilograms she found about only when she stood on the scales. She recommends that you do this and guarantees that you will feel way better after a year or ten months.

What is ketogenic diet?

The ketogenic diet consists of a maximum decrease of carbohydrates consumption throughout the day. This diet has become very popular because it provides a quick loss of a great number of kilograms. The menu is based on minimal calorie consumption and a great deal of proteins in the diet.

How does it work?

When your intake of sugars or carbohydrates is limited, your body has to draw the energy from the ketones. The ketones are substances that are part of the existing fat. This means that this way you make your body melt the fat, thus using the energy that we need throughout the day. Still, in order to achieve that, you need to take in proteins for meeting the daily needs, because otherwise, the process of decomposition of fat will begin.

What should you eat?

-you can eat almost everything, because even meat is acceptable. You should include beef, chicken, pork, bacon, ham, veal, fatty processed and other ingredients in your diet

-you can eat all types of fish, such as salmon, tuna, mackerel etc

-milk and dairy products, including yogurt and cheese

-it needs to be stressed that consuming bread in this diet is not allowed
