2 Tablespoons a Day and Goodbye Belly Fat. This Drink Will Burns Stomach Fat Immediately!!! (Recipe) | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 31, 2018 ·

Melting abdominal fat and reducing the size of your waistline can be quite difficult. However, the recipe presented in this article eliminates excess liquid from the body, which in turn helps you get rid of the stubborn belly fat. In addition, it improves memory, hearing, and vision.

It uses horseradish as key ingredient, a plant with high amounts of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C. It has the ability to reduce fatigue, stimulate the production of beneficial bacteria in the intestines, and boost the metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cm of ginger root
  • 125 grams of fresh horseradish
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. honey

Instructions:

  • Blend both ginger and horseradish in a blender
  • Add the juice of 4 lemons and blend once again
  • Make sure you get a homogenous and smooth mixture, which should be transferred into a glass jar
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture twice daily, before meals or before exercising
  • Consume it over the course of three weeks and then make a 7-days break

Benefits of Horseradish

This plant has been long used for its potent medicinal properties. It contains over 10-fold higher glucosinolates than broccoli, which means that eating small quantities of it are enough to reap its benefits. As a matter of fact, only a little dab on your steak will do the trick.

These glucosinolates increase human`s resistance to environmental toxins and cancer. Due to their antioxidant properties, they also relieve respiratory distress and sinus issues. Many forms of infections can be treated with this compound, as it acts as natural antibiotic.

Benefits of Lemons

Even though lemons have sour taste, they create alkaline environment in the body. As a matter of fact, they are one of the most alkaline-forming foods toy can find, balancing a highly acidic environment in the body. Lemons also stimulate liver`s function and dissolve uric acid and toxins from the bile.

Lemon peels also contain tengeretin, a powerful phytonutrient which works against Parkinson`s disease and other brain disorders.  The fruit is abundant in vitamin C and other antioxidants, all of which fight off germs and boosts the immune system.  It is important to consume sufficient amount of fruits, especially lemon, particularly during the winter days.

Benefits of Honey

Honey is produced by the honey bees which use nectar from flowers and produce honey through the process of regurgitation and evaporation. Honey is abundant in flavonoids, compounds which lower the risk of heart disease and some cancer types. It has been scientifically shown that the consumption of honey helps in cases of bacterial gastroenteritis, ulcers, and coughs. A study has found that a single dose of buckwheat honey provides the same effects as a dose of dextromethorphan.
