You need to know this: How to survive a heart attack if you are alone at the time of the attack | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 13, 2018 ·

Just in case, you should know the procedure.

Believe it or not a recent study shows that 80% of deaths due to heart strokes have happened for the reason that people could not help themselves and have been alone at the time.

How to notice if you have a heart attack?

Heart attack is described as a sharp pain around the chest area that spreads along the arm and jaw

Doctors say that you have approximately 15 seconds to help yourself before you lose it and fall into unconsciousness state.

Symptoms can begin slowly and surprisingly last a longer period, which means that it is better to go to the hospital on time, on the other hand never risk and follow the instructions below.

Take a deep breath and cough steadily and strongly. Before each cough breath in fresh air and make sure the cough to be deep and prolonged.

Breath in full and cough hard on every two seconds, till help arrives or the heart begins to work appropriately.

Breathing deep means more oxygen brought to the lungs and the movements from coughing are tightening the heart and maintaining blood circulation, and by that the hearth gets back in rhythm.

In the meantime, call your neighbors for help with a phone call. Do not stop coughing until you get some answers on the phone – it will save your life!

Be focused and make a phone call, call anybody near like your neighbors for example, and do not stop coughing. Support is always needed, it can be a lifesaver!

People that have used this method as doctors say, have reached the hospital in success and get the proper medical aid.

This strategy for using this method is not proven scientifically, but specialists reasonably recommend this when you see the first manifestations of a heart attack. It is best to look for medical aid, in light of the fact that they don’t know whether the patient has the capacity to cough as deep as important it is to restore typical heartbeat, and not to lose awareness.

Regardless, this method is good to be familiar with!
