Do you often have bones issues and you feel tired? This old Japanese samurai recipe can help you! You see, after a day of training or fighting, samurais were also feeling tired and somewhat injured.
We start the recipe by putting one washed medium-sized egg in a cup with 150ml (half a cup) apple cider vinegar. Leave the egg for a week. After a week the shell of the egg will be dissolved and only a thin membrane that keeps the egg white and yolk will be visible. Remove the membrane and mix well the content from the egg with the vinegar.
Consume 2 teaspoons (10ml) of this drink mixed in a glass of lukewarm water, three times a day. The best time is on empty stomach, usually before a meal.
