We think that if we do not eat regularly or we don’t bring food in our stomach, we will lose weight. When there is not enough food in the stomach, the acid can damage the lining of the stomach. It can cause ulcers or inflammation.

You should always protect your stomach, and thus your overall health. The primary task of the stomach is to soften and break down the food acid. Food offsets the acid that secreted stomach. Our stomach reacts to what we eat and drink every day. But it may also be sensitive to a number of stress and psychological disorders.

Oats

Oats are rich in minerals, fiber, carbohydrates and healthy fatty acids. It is an excellent tool to combat burping and stomach acids. Oats are slowly digested in the body, and therefore our body while having a power source and works great when it comes to maintaining the health of the entire digestive system.

Legumes

Grains vegetables are very rich with carbohydrates that contain fiber that decompose very slowly. Legumes, such as beans, lentils and peas can stabilize blood sugar. In their consumption reduces colon cancer. Peas, also act positively when it comes to dealing with burping and stomach acids.

Ginger

Ginger is extremely useful for overcoming stomach problems, especially in dealing with stomach acids. The properties of this vegetable, proven by numerous studies, are the reason why you need to add ginger to your food and drinks.

Apple

Apples contain antioxidants that help the body to function normally and protects against free radicals. Also, apple is well known for its properties, which positively affect the process of digestion and prevents burping.

 Useful advices

Eat smaller meals more often. When meals are smaller, less is retained in the stomach, which means that the muscle that connects the esophagus and stomach is under less pressure.

Increased body weight is a risk factor. This is why, when most people lose weight, they overcome their problems with stomach acids.

Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee and soft drinks are causing stomach acid occurrence and burping, especially when combined with abundant of fatty foods. Try to discard or at least to reduce the quantity of waste products.
