World’s Oldest Woman Lives By One Amazing Rule Involving Bacon | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · November 17, 2017 ·

You must have heard at a point in your life that bacon is bad for your health.

But, this is not true.

You must have heard that from your mother who had heard it previously so many times and started to believe in that rumor, so it was her obligation to “take care” of you and your well-being and warn you.

You might have also heard that from your doctor, who is a vegetarian.

Whoever it was, they must have told you that bacon clogs your arteries and causes obesity. There are also rumors that bacon leads to early death.

Meet Jones, a 116 years old woman who is the oldest person in the world. She is also known to be one of the greatest bacon fans who credits this salty pork treat for her longevity and her health.

Keeping in mind the fact that she has gone above the average life expectancy by 40 years and more, we must all agree that she knows something more about staying healthy and living long.

Jones’ diet is balanced though and consists of fresh fruits and vegetables in abundance, but pork belly strips are still part of this super centenarian’s diet. Namely, she consumes bacon at least once a week, often times more than just once a week.

Lois Judge is just one of Jones’ nieces, and she has 100 of them. She says that Jones can sometimes eat bacon all day long.

This 116-year-old woman has lost her eyesight, but according to Lois Judge, her Auntie is still vigilant and aware of everything around her.

According to them, this is bacon’s “responsibility” and all credits to her awareness go to it.

The advocacy of Jones for eating pork reminded us of the advocacy of Agnes Fenton, 110 years old, who says that the key to longevity is three beers a day; Jessie Gallan also recommends that if you want to live 109 years, like she has, then you should avoid men. We’ve became pretty positive about the years to come, every single one of the 150.
