Wearing Wet Socks in Bed Happens to be an Efficient Method! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · July 25, 2018 ·

Hydrotherapy can be used to battle cold and flu. Many don’t know the benefits from hydrotherapy if done the right way. This method was used years ago till medicine started to improve and pharmaceutical industry became popular and people began to take pills even more. Anyway let’s go back to hydrotherapy and what actually is. Hydrotherapy is and old healing method by wearing wet socks to battle cold and flu. It can really be uncomfortable but it actually helps speaking of cold and flu.

Once you decide to skip the step “visiting a doctor and take pills” which are inefficient, all you have to do is to:

Try his method and skip the visit to a doctor who will as usual prescribe pills. What you need to is:

Warm your feet in warm water;

Then immerse thin socks in cold water;

Drain and put them on just before you go to sleep;

Put on dry wool socks on top of wet ones.

Wet socks in the morning should be already dried and you will feel much better.

  • In warm water warm up your feet;
  • At that point submerge some thin socks in frosty water;
  • Drain and put them on just before bedtime;
  • Put on dry wool socks on top of wet ones.
  • In the morning the wet sock ought to be dried by then and you will feel vast improvement.

How does hydrotherapy it really work? There is a clever explanation!

Vessels in your feet will tighten as your feet cool down. Therefore all the great nutrients are sent into your organs and tissues. In this way the body uses the nutrients to battle infections and push the healing process forward. After accomplishing this, your feet will begin to warm up again and your vessels will discharge the warmth.
