We Know That The Combination Of Honey And Cinnamon Is Good For Our Health, But Do You Know What It Does To Our Body?

These two ingredients with unique healing abilities have a long history as a “home remedy”.

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known to the mankind, and the popularity of honey rising throughout history. The essential oil of cinnamon and the enzyme which produces hydrogen peroxide, which can be found in honey, qualify this two products with ability to stop the growth of bacteria and fungi.

They are not only used to better the taste of drinks and drugs, but also for embalming and as an alternative to traditional preservatives due to their effective antimicrobial properties.

It is known that honey with cinnamon is a really healthy combination, but do you know what they all actually treated?

These two ingredients with unique healing abilities have a long history as a “home remedy”.Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder. Spread it on bread instead of jam and eat it regularly for breakfast. This will reduce the cholesterol in the arteries and prevent heart attack.

Arthritis

In a glass of warm water mix two tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Drink it in the morning and in the evening. With its regular consumption you can even cure chronic arthritis.

Infections of the gallbladder

In a glass of warm water mix two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey. Drink it every day. This will destroy microbes in the gallbladder.

Cholesterol

Mix two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon in small bowl with tea. After you drink this, the level of cholesterol will reduce by 10 percent within two hours.

Cold

If you suffer from colds, take one tablespoon honey with ¼ tablespoon cinnamon. Take this three days in a row. This will free you from the cold, chronic cough and nasal sinuses.

Stomachaches

Honey combined with cinnamon will heal the pain in the stomach. Take the regular combination to eliminate the ulcer of the stomach.

Flu

Spanish doctors have found that honey contains a natural ingredient which kills viruses and protect against flu.

Infertility

Ancient Greeks believed that take two tablespoons of honey before bed, every day, can cure infertility in men. People from China, Japan and countries on the East believe that women should put cinnamon mixed with half a spoon of honey on the gums, several times a day. The mixture is absorbed and go in the body by saliva, thus treating infertility in women.

Losing weight

Boil some honey, cinnamon powder and one glass of water. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast. Regular consumption of this helps in weight loss even in very obese people.

Breath

People of South America rinse their mouth with warm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon every morning. This helps to maintain the freshness of breath throughout the day.

Acne

Mix honey with cinnamon powder and apply the paste on the acne before sleeping and wash it next morning.

Hair loss

Those who suffer from hair loss or baldness should mix one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply this mixture on the scalp and leave it for 15 minutes and then wash your hair. This mixture can evidently be effective even with only 5 minutes on scalp.

Toothache

Make a mixture of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey. Put the mixture on the tooth that hurts. You can do this three times a day.

Problems with digestion

Mix cinnamon powder with two tablespoons of honey and eat it before meals. On this way you can digest even the hardest meals.
