Walnut and Honey 10 Recipes for Treatment of the Whole Body | Healthy Life Vision

Have this autumn nuts in your hands regularly. They are treasure of health, full of antioxidants and nutrients. Collect them today, in the high season. You can make masterpieces in the kitchen from these nutritious foods, but also drugs that will keep your health all year long.

Some of these recipes can be prepared immediately, while for others you can wait until the spring or next season.

Walnuts in honey for better fertility and potency

Walnut is a natural aphrodisiac containing vitamins B1 and B2, which give the body energy and vital elements essential for the development of the sex glands. It is rich in zinc, which is important for normal sexual activity and prostate operation.

It has better action in combination with honey, which also has important compounds vital for male reproductive health. It has been prove that not even one single pharmaceutical composition can be measured with this combination when it comes to the effectiveness.

Using same measurements mix ground walnuts with chestnut honey and take three spoonful of the mixture, 3 times a day.

In order to achieve the desired effects, the therapy should last at least 20 to 30 days. This mixture is also effective in high blood pressure and headaches.

A mixture of anti-anemia

With this mixture you will fight off anemia and exhaustion. Prepare a mixture of 1/2 kg. clover honey, 1/2 kg. ground walnuts and one lemon. Mix all well and take one teaspoon on every three to four hours.

Walnut milk against stomach ulcers

Nut milk is a drug that promotes healing of ulcers in the stomach. To prepare the milk pour 20 grams of crushed walnuts with one cup of boiling water.

Shake well, strain and add a tablespoon of honey. Take five to six small spoons of walnut milk before each meal.

Green walnuts for Thyroid

Young green nuts are rich in the main building element of thyroid hormone – iodine and tyrosine. In clinical tastings it was confirmed that green walnut oil significantly increases the level of thyroxine.

This recipe of green walnuts is very popular in the treatment of hypothyroidism naturally. In equal measurements mix ground green walnuts, and honey. Leave in the dark place for 30 days. Take one teaspoon a day.

Traditional Russian tincture against all types of cancer

Grind 150 grams of valerian root, 50 grams of nutmeg, 50 grams of buds of birch, pour half a liter of vodka or brandy and add 150 grams of whole green walnuts shells.

Leave it for ten days in a dark place. Take 15 drops of tincture in 1 dl of water, three times a day, half an hour before meals.

Recipe for covering vitiligo

Collect green walnuts just before ripening. Coat the stain with the inner part of the walnut shell. Do this for three days on the same and try to rinse the place with water. Green walnuts can be freeze and store until next season.

Tea made from young leaves of walnut blood cleaning

Tea made from young leaves of walnut is used as a blood cleanser. It is excellent asset against skin diseases, diabetes and jaundice, hemorrhoids, parasites, arthritis, and due to the low rate of sodium it is recommended to the renal patients.

Dry the leaves after harvesting. Prepare tea as follows: pour one cup of cold water on two tablespoons of dried leaves and simmer for five minutes. Leave the tea covered for fifteen minutes and strain. Daily you can drink two to three cups.

Wraps of fringe nuts against bleeding

Pour a liter of boiling water over two hands of fringe and leave for ten minutes. This lotion can be used against bleeding, hemorrhoids and for douching.

Powder to strengthen the body and healing wounds

Grind the dried fruit of green walnuts. For strengthen the body, disinfecting and wound healing take two small teaspoons of powder in some liquid. For the facing mix four small teaspoon milfoil tea and apply to the wound.

The syrup from fresh young leaves for healthy skin

Soak same amount of leaves and alcohol and leave it to stand for 48 hours. Add enough honey to make a thick syrup. Take one tablespoon before meals.
