Hemorrhoids are a modern disease. As we spend more and more of our time sitting, the risks are increasing. The causes for hemorrhoids can be numerous and its often difficult to identify the culprit, or it can be a combination of factors. The usual suspects are straining during bowel movements or the pressure these veins suffer during pregnancy. Hemorrhoids can develop inside the rectum, or under the skin around the anus.

Whatever the cause, they are very common. Statistics how almost 3 out of 4 adults will experience hemorrhoid difficulties at some point in their lives. While some hemorrhoids don’t cause symptoms, others can be go from dangerous or mildly annoying as they cause itching, discomfort and bleeding.

This is a natural treatment of hemorrhoids at home and you only need one ingredient.

The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are undeniable. This common kitchen ingredient is used for treatment of numerous health conditions including hemorrhoids. It’s equally effective when used topically on the affected area as well as when ingested.

This method is highly beneficial for both internal, external hemorrhoids, and bleeding hemorrhoids. This ACV treatment will stop the bleeding in no time.

Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar (dilute if it is necessary) and apply it to the external hemorrhoids and hold it for 30 minutes. Repeat this treatment daily if necessary. Freezing apple cider vinegar is ideal for internal hemorrhoids, all you will have to do is to freeze it like a ”bullet” and to push it frozen like that into your anus.

Make sure you eat soft food for three days after starting with the treatment.
