THIS “HEALTHY” FOOD CAN CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE & BREAST CANCER. YOU SHOULD STOP EATING IT IMMEDIATELY | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · December 21, 2017 ·

These days, more and more people become aware of the importance of developing healthy eating habits and consequently, they are trying to lead a healthier life. Americans, especially the ones who consider themselves to be health conscious, tend to replace eggs and meat with tofu, mainly led and encouraged by the soy industry. The soy industry is making people believe that processed soy is good for heart health, even though this is not true. According to Dr. Daniel, food processors in the West separate the soybeans into protein and oil, something that is anything but safe and healthy. These methods include high pressure, high temperature, alkali, petroleum solvents, acid baths, and carcinogenic and toxic residues. These fractioned products – isolate and hydrolyze plant protein, due to all processed soy, contain high amounts of phytates and trypsin. The first one blocks the mineral absorption and the latter blocks proper digestion.

High- soy diet is associated with many health issues, including the following:

  • Soy allergies
  • Cancer
  • Reproductive disorfers
  • Premature puberty and other developmental problems in babies, children and adolescents
  • Brain damage
  • Thyroid problems, including weight gain, lethargy, malaise, fatigue, hair loss, and loss of libido

Babies and children who are still developing are most susceptible to soy`s hormone-mimicking effects. As proven by a Lancet study, the daily exposure to estrogen-imitating chemicals for infants who consume formulas is actually 6-11 times higher than adults who consume soy foods. This study has also shown that blood concentration of these hormones was 13,000 to 22,000 times higher than estrogen in the bloodstream. An infant fed soy formula receives the estrogenic equivalent, which is based on the body weight, of up to 5 birth control pills daily. Mothers should stop giving soy products to their babies and pregnant women should avoid these products too, as these products are associated with many health issues on the unborn child.

A research has shown that the consumption of soy products is associated with various health issues, including the following:

  • Brain damage
  • Allergies
  • Breast cancer
  • Osteoporosis
  • Heart disease
  • Early puberty
  • Hypothyroidism

Moreover, the consumption of unfermented soy is associated with the following issues:

  • Loss of libido
  • Malnutrition
  • Digestive distress
  • Reproductive issues
  • Endometriosis
  • Immune system dysfunction

Besides the group of health conscious people who reach for soy products believing that they are healthier option than meat, some other groups at higher risk of experiencing negative effects from soy are the following:

  • Infants fed soy based formulas
  • Vegetarians eating a high soy diet
  • Mid-life women going heavy on the soy foods believing that they would help them with the symptoms of menopause

Safe Ways to Consume Soy

Even though most varieties of soy sauce available on the market are artificially made through a chemical process, the traditional soy sauce is made by fermentation of soybeans, salt, and enzymes.

Miso is a fermented soybean paste with a butter and quite salty texture.

Natto is the best soy variety, as it is the best source of vitamin K2 on the planet. It also contains a very potent beneficial bacterial, the bacillus subtilis. Natto is made from fermented soybeans but it as strong, cheese-like flavor and sticky texture. Last but not least, it contains nattokinase, a very potent blood thinner. This product can be found in any Asian grocery store.

Tempeh is a fermented soybean cake with a mushroom-like flavor and firm texture.

To sum up, you should avoid all kinds of foods with soy ingredients, including soy ice cream, soy milk, soy energy bars, soy burgers, soy cheese, soy protein powders, and processed foods. You should focus on eating whole, fermented, and unprocessed foods instead.
