Poisoning You Daily!

The difference between foods that contain extra fat and sugar and foods containing carcinogenic compounds can cause long term damage to your health. There are 7 ultra carcinogen foods that you must avoid.

Meat processing

The meat prepared with smoking, curing, salting or meat preservatives increases the risk of colon cancer. Most of the animals from which these types of meat are produced are fed with a carcinogenic ingredient known as sodium nitrite used for the meat to give it a beautiful red color and fresh look. The last study performed by the Hawaiian University showed that processed meat increases the risk of pancreatic cancer by 67 percent.

The frankfurters are made from animal parts of organs, tissues, cartilage and other parts. Animals, from which the meat is produced, are mainly fed with grain mixed with hormones, antibiotics, pesticides… These include: bacon, sausages, frankfurters, ham, salami, and all kinds of red meat used in frozen meals.

Carbonated drinks

They contain a huge amount of calories, sugar and artificial ingredients that have no nutritional value. A soft drink contains about 70 grams of sugar. According to research, the most popular standard and “diet” sodas have the same influence on teeth as acid which leads to increased sensitivity of the teeth and cavities despite good oral hygiene.

The research was conducted at the University of Minnesota found that people who drank at least two sodas a week have double the risk of pancreatic cancer. Carbonated beverage containing a dark color, a chemical known as 4-metilmidazol, a by-product of a chemical process used to make artificial color.

Chips

It is full of trans-fats or hydrogenated vegetable, carbohydrates, sodium, flavorings, colors or preservatives. It is noted that it may cause blockage of the arteries. The high temperature at which the chips is produced commonly causes creating carcinogens as acrylamides which can also be found in cigarettes. According to Professor Del Harris, acrylamide causes several hundred thousand cases of cancer per year.

Microwave popcorn

Among the chemicals found in the packaging of these popcorn is perflurooctanic acid which is part of the compounds associated with infertility in women. During the research, it was found that this chemical causes liver cancer and pancreas. With the preparation in the microwave the chemicals evaporate and the popcorn absorbs them. Most of the manufacturers promised to get rid of this chemical from their products by the end of 2015.

Farm – Raised salmon (in artificial conditions)

It not only contains less vitamin D than wild salmon, but it contains a huge amount of various pollutants such as carcinogenic chemicals and various pesticides of which the most common is dichloro-diphenyl-trikloretan. The salmon should not be consumed more than once in five months.

Apple and other types of “dirty” fruit

According to US research workgroup environment, foods that contain on average most pesticides are apples. The content of pesticides in most of the 700 samples tested was 98 percent. Other highly contaminated foods are strawberries, potatoes, oranges and grapes.

Canned Tomato

The content on the packaging of most canned foods contain bisphenol-A chemical that acts like estrogen and which disturbs the hormonal behavior of the organism. Studies have linked the chemical to heart disease, intestinal damage, infertility and other reproductive problems.

According to the US Centers for control and prevention of diseases, exposure to bisenfol A is widespread in the world. Tomatoes in the can are especially dangerous because due to its high acidity, hostile chemical lingers in the body. One liter of canned tomato usually contains about 50 mcg bisphenol A, which is a high enough quantity to affect humans, especially young children.
