The Oil That Improves Vision And Removes Cataracts ( How To Use It) | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 31, 2018 ·

Data from the American Ophthalmology Academy says that more than 20 million people in the USA over the age of 40 suffer from cataract. Cataract is a clouding of the eye lens usually associated with aging, although there are factors which can accelerate its appearance.

The eye lens sits behind the pupil and iris. Over time, it loses its flexibility which results in poor eyesight, and exposure to pollutants, poor diet, unhealthy lifestyle and other factors can also accelerate the degeneration of the eyes. Cataract develops slowly, but once it progresses too far, it can lead to blindness.

According to experts, oxidative damage to the body and the lack of antioxidants are the two main causes of cataract. Luckily, scientific studies have shown that there’s a way to prevent the condition, and all you have to do is raise the levels of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant which can fight free radicals and reverse the damage they have done.

The main symptoms of the slowly-developing condition are blurry vision, poor vision, seeing blurry and nearsightedness. The eye lens is made of water and protein, which keeps it clear and allows light to pass through it. However, as we age, the protein loses its ability to keep the eye lens clear, resulting in the aforementioned condition which can reduce your eyesight. Although science hasn’t been able to identify the exact risk factors for cataract, it has suggested the following causes:

  • Diabetes;
  • High blood pressure;
  • Excessive UV-ray exposure;
  • Hormone therapy;
  • Frequent use of corticosteroids;
  • Constant use of statins;
  • Alcohol abuse;
  • Previous eye surgery;
  • Family history of cataract;
  • Myopia;
  • Smoking;
  • Obesity;
  • Eye inflammation or injuries.

At the moment, there’s no other recommended therapy for cataracts other than surgery, but you should know that there’s a natural oil which can help – castor oil.

How to remove your cataract naturally

Castor oil is a powerful oil derived from the Ricinus plant that has been used against a variety of health problems for centuries. The oil can defeat most skin conditions, and can also help you in the treatment of cataract. Furthermore, it’s also effective against dry eyes, near and farsightedness, macular degeneration and conjunctivitis as well.

As scientists have been suggesting that oxidative damage is the main cause for cataract, it becomes clear that including foods rich in antioxidants is the best way of preventing the condition. Castor oil is rich in antioxidants that can prevent oxidative damage and improve your eyesight and eye health as well. However, you should first learn what type of castor oil you should use.

Which type of castor oil is best suited against cataracts?

In general, to treat cataracts you need to use cold-pressed castor oil. It can be found in most health stores, and comes in a dark-glass bottle with an applicator.

To use the oil, simply put a few drops of it in the affected eye every day. We suggest using it before going to bed as it might cloud your vision during the day. You may find a bit of crust on the corners of your eyes in the morning, but that’s completely normal and can be removed with a bit of water.

Thousands of people that have tried the method claim it works, so why not go ahead and give it a try?
