  • 2 bananas
  • 400 g strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
  • 25 cl almond milk or Greek yogurt
  • 30 g nuts (or other dried fruit of your choice)
  • 30 g macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries

Steps

Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces, put them in a freezer bag while closing it and put in the freezer.

Wash strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and place on a sopalin.

In the bowl of a blender, put the bananas, 250 g of strawberries, the almond milk and rotate until you get a creamy consistency.

Chop the nuts and macadamia nuts with a knife.

To serve, divide the mixture obtained in the blender into 4 bowls. Divide some blueberries and raspberries, the mixture of nuts – macadamia nuts, blueberries and raspberries, and goji berries. Enjoy your meal!
