She Lost 52 Pounds In Just 6 Weeks With A Very Simple Routine! | Healthy Life Vision

Andrew Raposo, an expert on weight loss, recently wrote about a simple routine that can help you lose a ton of weight in his book “Level Midsection Overnight”. This amazing routine will help you lose 2 pounds of belly fat overnight. By using it, his sister managed to lose 52 pounds in only 6 weeks!

Everyone knows that in order to lose weight you need to eat healthy and exercise regularly, but sometimes, even these methods don’t work. Strict diets and exercises can sometimes have negative impact on your health and may cause injuries and other problems. Andrew’s sister Amy was overweight and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and according to doctors, diabetes is one of the main risks of excess belly fat. Heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s and even cancer are the other risks associated with this type of diabetes.

According to fitness experts and nutritionists, consuming fruit and vegetables and reducing your calorie intake while exercising is the best way to lose belly fat. However, this method can’t help everyone. Raposo says that women over 40 are facing hormonal problems which can be the main problem for belly fat. Hormonal changes slow down the metabolism and cause stomach inflammation which makes it hard for your body to burn fat.

Even when given advice, Amy was continuing to gain weight. This occurred because she was given advice without the necessary facts and instruction. For example, even though eating fruit and vegetables is vital for reducing weight, they may contain toxic chemicals and can do more harm than good. They also increase your leptin and cortisone levels and impair the weight loss process.

Low carb foods are not good for your heart

A diet low on carbs can cause arrhythmia and increase the risk of heart disease.

Cutting calories impairs fat loss

The popular method of cutting calories can impair the weight loss process. Reducing your calorie intake will slow down your metabolism and remove the energy sources of the body, effectively making you lose energy and the ability to burn fat.

HIIT causes inflammation

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a popular exercise which is recommended by many fitness trainers around the world. However, you should know that HIIT causes inflammation and increases the risk of several serious diseases such as diabetes.

When Amy was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had a stroke afterwards, she turned to her brother for help. He suggested his method and modified it to Amy’s needs. In just one day, she managed to lose 8 pounds and shocked everyone!

Amy followed the following regime: she exercised 3 minutes a day, incorporated spices and herbs into her diet and also started consuming several metabolism-boosting foods which boosted the weight loss process. Andrew suggested some herbs and spices to his sister which were able to clean her body of free radicals and toxins. Thanks to these changes, Amy managed to beat diabetes and lose a lot of weight.

“I was amazed at Amy’s results because I never tried this trick with someone who wasn’t an athlete or fighter. Once I saw the amazing results Amy received I knew I had something and wanted to share it,” Andrew says in his book.
