She Lost 40 Pounds, Drinking Lukewarm Water | Healthy Life Vision

This is a diet that was made from the pharmacist Sumiko and her husband Hitoshi, which lost 40 pounds with it. The most important thing is to eat bananas in the morning and during the day to drink lukewarm water, and the results will be visible in just two weeks.

For breakfast you can eat more than one banana, only fresh, but do not overeat. If for any reason you cannot eat bananas, replace them with any other fruit. If you are still hungry, wait for 15 minutes, so if you still feel hungry eat anything you want, but in small quantities.

For lunch and dinner eat normally. It is not recommended to eat dinner after 18 pm. There are no specific rules about lunch and dinner in the diet, no forbidden foods, but it is important to avoid fried foods and not overeat. The only drink you are allowed to drink during the meal is lukewarm water, in small sips. After 15 hours you can eat a dessert such as chocolate or biscuits, although it is most recommended to be a fruit.

Sample menu:

Breakfast: banana, scrambled eggs, grapefruit, a cup of green tea

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, a big salad with carrots, broccoli, onions, tomatoes and lettuce

Snack: yogurt, hand nuts

Dinner: chicken breasts, cooked carrots or potatoes
