Gudrun Howell · December 20, 2017 ·

Olive trees are widely cultivated around the world and are mostly used for culinary purposes. Interestingly, they have been used for both culinary and medicinal purposes since ancient times, as they have potent healing properties and ability to cure influenza, herpes, tuberculosis, gonorrhea, pneumonia, hepatitis B, and meningitis. What makes them so beneficial is the compound called oleuropein.

Uloropein also acts as antifungal, antiparasitic, and antibacterial agent, which makes it very effective against fungi, infections, and bacteria after surgery.

The tea made from olive leaves is great against numerous health issues. Among them are:

  • Andenocephalitis
  • Diphtheria
  • Stomach ulcers
  • Malaria
  • Botulism
  • Atherosclerosis
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Herpes
  • Hepatitis B
  • Meningitis
  • Influenza

  • Pneumonia

Besides helping you fight the diseases outlined above, this tea will boost your energy levels and strengthen your immune system. You can consume it when you are stressed out and want to relax or after chemotherapy.
