Prevent Increased Hair Loss | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · May 14, 2017 ·

Increased hair loss is a problem that can occur in any age of life. Baldness can be inherited or acquired, which occurs as a result of aggressive cosmetics, inadequate nutrition, stress, sudden shock, chronic colds, flu, anemia and other conditions in the body.

Although it is considered that hair loss is often a problem for men, lately this problem is being faced by a growing number of women. Almost 40% of the female population to their 40th year have visible reduction of hair. Each day your hair is losing from 80 to 100 whiskers, which in the coming months are replaced with new ones. Thus hair retains its volume. But if you notice that the hair loss is increased, it is time to act and to seek professional help.

The root is becoming thinner and the hair begins to decrease from the frontal part of the head. The decline continues to the crown, and over time the hair falls from the whole head. This decline is due to the effect of androgen hormones and commonly occurs in men.

Foods that strengthens hair

Proper nutrition is important for beautiful and strong hair. Even a partial lack of nutritional components can cause hair loss. Lack of vitamin B6, folic acid and iron can cause hair loss. The body needs these vitamins and minerals so the hair can start to grow normally. Because of hair loss it is advised to eat foods rich in vitamins of group B, zinc and iron. The best sources of these vitamins and minerals are wheat, oats, onions, leeks, cabbage, lentils, nuts, soy, beer yeast and flax seed. These foods activate the cell metabolism and affect the hair for faster growth.

From tea are recommended:

  • Hives
  • Chamomile
  • Fennel
  • Sage
  • Rosemary

To reduce hair loss, other than food, you should be getting enough sleep, reduce stress, keep walking in nature, and replace pessimism with optimism. Positive changes will affect your body, your skin and hair.
